Chatly AI provides an artificial intelligence-based platform for generating and deploying web applications. We provide different tiers of service, including free and paid subscription plans.
Refund Policy
No Money Back Guarantee
Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate costs associated with AI generation (API tokens), we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased or credits have been used. All sales are final.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any malicious or illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Generating phishing sites or scam pages.
- Distributing malware or malicious code.
- Attempting to bypass platform security or credit limits.
- Using the service for automated bulk generation without authorization.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you describe in your prompts. However, the underlying AI models and platform infrastructure remain the property of Chatly AI and its licensors.
